We use popular software, Solidworks 2010, Pro-Engineer, Unigraphic, Autocad 2010 (2D:.dwg .dxf .pdf, 3D:.igs .step .x_t .prt .sldprt.easm) to complete customers’ requirements for detailed design for the product and mould. Plastic crate mould structure adopts four-way mold opening, two-stage top-out structure, strength and stiffness of large mold for calculation.

The crate mould often adopts 4 or 6 hot runner drops gate (or 3 plates crate mold) due to the large size, complex shapes; 4 sliders are needed.

The crate mould dropping will be half-automatic or full-automatic. It can be made with one cavity by 718steel or other required steel. All process is strictly controlled and mould is on time delivery.
